Core to Convergenc3’s DNA is our 4-day work week. We believe that our ability to solve complex problems through innovative solutions can be leveraged to build world-class businesses. Our engineers spend 1/5th of their time building organizations that:

We have engineered a process to facilitate the growth stages of our start-ups in a fail-safe environment. We do this by allowing ample creative time for ideation, followed by a rigorous onboarding process into our C3 Accelerator. During the Acceleration phase, we build the business foundations that are needed for sustainable and scalable growth.

What are C3 Startups?

How do we do it?
Our Incubation & Acceleration lab consists of 2 phases with proven building blocks to turn great products into world-class startups. We’ve also removed the common barriers to market entry through easy access to funding, skilled teams and client contracts.
Phase 1: Incubation
Our startup founders share knowledge, create solutions, follow venture-building methodologies and build proof of concepts. Here we present the founders with complex problems and creative use-cases.
Phase 2: Acceleration
Convergenc3 provides our self-developed “Acceleration as a Service” which is a tiered approach to providing the necessary stepping-stones towards commercialization. Although it is a proven methodology, we apply our continuous improvement principles to learn from each startup and curate the approach for the next cohort and industry.
